"Not only is the Mission of Foodbank of Santa Barbara County profound, but also the ways that the Mission is implemented are various, unique and functional, in other words, highly impactful. Specific segments of our population and our society in general are beneficiaries of Foodbank's largess, and as a consequence, our entire society can embrace Foodbank, and we can extend our deep gratitude on many levels.". - Archie McLaren

"There are so many worthy causes but The Foodbank is truly a no-brianer. Food insecurity just shouldn't be a fact of life in our county or country. But it is; and at alarming rates. When you realize how close to home it hits and you see the statistics, you are compelled to help. The Foodbank does so much more than meets the eye and has so many great programs that help children, families and seniors in our community." - Jessica Foster
